eBay has published its October 2026 Seller News update with new rules and tools for sellers in the US, the UK, and Germany.
In the UK, eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee for trading cards is expanding: cards valued at £250 or more are now covered (previously £500+). Also, the Bundle Discounts feature for multi-item orders is rolling out to more UK sellers.
In the US, eBay launched the Certified Recycled program for auto-parts sellers: qualified automotive recyclers get special badging and better search visibility, plus a new “Used – Part on Vehicle” listing condition. In Germany, updated return policies for vehicle parts are in effect since September 28, sellers can print up to 200 shipping labels at once, and an eBay Fitment Service for vehicle parts starts in mid-November.
