Sellers in a large Facebook community are reporting a strange pattern: active listings disappearing without any notice. One experienced seller with four years on the platform said three of their 20 inventoried items simply vanished — they were not in the active, inactive, or draft folders. The listings were just gone.
There is also a positive story. Another seller was permanently banned after failing identity verification while listing a branded coat — but got the account fully reinstated by contacting eBay through live chat and asking for a callback, after speaking with two agents.
On the GetHuman issue page, two more reports arrived this week: one seller was suspended about two weeks ago while an order was still pending shipment, leaving funds and the buyer refund stuck; another reported their bids were cancelled and their account permanently suspended with no way to resolve it.
