UK eBay Sellers Report Permanent Suspensions Over Sudocrem Listing and MC113

UK eBay Sellers Report Permanent Suspensions Over Sudocrem Listing and MC113

UK sellers are reporting fresh permanent suspensions with no appeal option. On the GetHuman eBay UK issue page, one seller (username jacko_stor786) shared eBay's message: the account was permanently suspended as a "potential risk" to the community, with no option to appeal. The only removed listing eBay named was a Sudocrem Antiseptic Healing Cream 60g.

In another UK report, a registered company ("Junaid Iqbal Limited") said its account was suspended on 15 September under eBay's MC113 policy after it linked its bank account and a test purchase failed. The business is now appealing, saying the decision was an error.

Both cases show that even single branded listings can trigger account-level action in the UK. Sellers should double-check brand-name health and beauty products before listing and complete all verification steps before making test purchases.
